Transtime Tools manufactures hand and pneumatic tools in Taiwan for importers, distributors and brand owners. We produce to your drawing, sample or a recognized standard — and manage the steps between raw steel and export-ready packaging in-house, with selective outsourcing where it serves quality and lead time.
In-house production
Core processes we control
Forging, machining, heat treatment, finishing, marking and quality control are handled in-house. Keeping these core steps under our own roof is how we hold tolerances, keep a consistent finish and stand behind the tools we ship. Our own stamping and testing machines stay on the floor so parts are formed and verified without leaving the plant.
Selective sourcing
Partnered where it fits
For components and finishes outside our core, we work with vetted specialist suppliers under our own inspection. This lets us broaden the range we can offer on a single order without compromising the quality bar we apply to our own work.
Materials
Tool steels we work in
Hand sockets, wrenches and general hand tools where a high strength-to-toughness balance and a bright, durable finish are required.
Impact (pneumatic) sockets and heavy-duty applications where higher shock resistance and fatigue life are needed for power-tool use.
Material grade is selected to suit the tool and the standard it is built to. Specific grades and heat-treatment targets for a given part are confirmed against your specification during quoting.
Process & quality control
From steel to shipment
Forging & forming
Hot and cold forging of tool blanks to establish grain flow and base geometry before machining.
CNC machining
Broaching of drive squares and profiles, turning and milling to dimensional tolerances on standard drive sizes.
Heat treatment
Hardening and tempering to reach the mechanical properties the intended standard calls for, balancing hardness against toughness.
Surface finishing
Phosphating, black-oxide, chrome and other finishes for corrosion resistance and appearance, matched to the application.
Marking & assembly
Laser or stamped marking of sizes and logos, plus assembly of sets, ratchet mechanisms and kits.
Inspection & packaging
Dimensional and torque checks, followed by branded or neutral packaging ready for export.
Private label
Your brand, your packaging
We manufacture under your brand and to your presentation. Tool marking, color, finish and packaging can be tailored so the finished product is ready for your shelf or catalog.
